TERMS OF SERVICE

1) Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GPT Sweetheart software-as-a-service (the “Service”), provided by Limitless AI Solutions LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2) Service Overview

• Purpose: Create and manage AI Influencer images via a web dashboard.
• Free Plan: One-time allocation of 3 credits (non-renewable).
• Pro Plan: $20/month via Stripe. Includes 20 credits/month until cancellation.
• No Rollover: Unused credits (including free credits) do not roll over to the next month.

3) Account & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information (name, email).
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

4) Payments & Subscriptions

• All subscriptions are billed through Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds except where required by applicable law.
• Credits are consumed by image generation actions. Unused credits are forfeited at cycle end.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, generate unlawful/abusive content, probe or disrupt systems, or attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Service.

6) Intellectual Property

• The Service (software, design, branding) is owned by the Company.
• You retain rights to AI-generated outputs you create, subject to applicable laws and third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe others’ rights.

7) Data & Infrastructure

• User management: Supabase (account name + email) stored on servers located in Poland (EU).
• Backend app: Flask app on a Vultr server hosted in Poland.
• Workflows/Support: Self-hosted n8n on the same Vultr server in Poland.
• Frontend: Static HTML pages from the same server.
• Payments: Processed by Stripe; we receive subscription status/metadata only.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; no refunds are provided except where required by law.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
